Details:
The class will be a 60-minute vinyasa style yoga class including grounding, meditation, stretching and relaxing. This is a workout and is also an all-levels class where modifications will be provided.
A mimosa bar will be available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Each registrant will receive one drink ticket. Additional beverages may be purchased after the initial ticket is redeemed.
Please reach out if yoga equipment is needed.
About your instructor:
Anita Cheeseman, RYT 200
Anita is a dedicated Registered Yoga Teacher at Midtown Yoga (RYT 200). She has experience leading Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative classes. Passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming environments that support physical strength, mindfulness, and overall well-being.

Includes full 60 minute session & one drink ticket
